It’s The Little Things That Conquer Obesity

First of all try something simple, like….hmmm….WALKING! The amount of people today who insist on driving even up the road to the local corner store to get milk is just insane!

People, come on, think about this….think back to just ten years ago…do you remember looking around and seeing so many fat, obese people? I think not! Why because 10 years ago people were moving more and eating less crap!

Americans seem hell bent on consuming great quantities of red meat too - well stop, eat some fish full of omega 3’s and a multitude of good vitamins and minerals for your body.

Get a load of these latest predications:

The payoffs are huge, although unlikely to happen. One numbers-crunching scientist calculates that if all Americans between 10 and 74 walked just half an hour a day instead of driving, they would cut the annual U.S. emissions of carbon dioxide, the chief greenhouse gas, by 64 million tons.

About 6.5 billion gallons of gasoline would be saved. And Americans would also shed more than 3 billion pounds overall, according to these calculations.

So think about it, please, next time you just need to whip up to the shops…..WALK THERE!
